I am unable to buy gold/sugar crystals, there is no option in the game?

Make sure that your device is set to allow in-app purchases. Go to Settings > General > Restrictions and check that In-App Purchases is set to ON. Then quit and restart the game.  Please perform the following steps:

 

Devices running iOS 6.x+

  1. Double tap on the home button so that a row of icons (open apps) appear at the bottom.
  2. Tap and hold any of the icons until they all start to wiggle and get a red dot with a white stripe in the upper left corner.
  3. Tap on all red dots on all icons to quit the apps running in the background (including Food Battle: The Game)
  4. Double tap on your home-button again.
  5. Re-boot your device.
  6. Launch Food Battle: The Game and try again.

Devices running iOS7.x/8.x+

  1. Double tap the home button on your device
  2. Swipe all application previews upwards until there are none left.
  3. Re-boot your device.
  4. Launch Food Battle: The Game and try again.

 

Android:

You can check the setting for In-App Purchases by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Press the ‘Menu’ button and then choose “Settings’
  3. Scroll down a bit and see if the Password box is ticked.

Note - Disabling password protection may result in unauthorized purchases.
